I’m just a young woman learning in the school of hard knocks. I’m not a doctor, nutritionist, psychiatrist, or professional horse trainer. Take everything I say with a grain of salt (unless you have high sodium levels) and don’t take me too seriously. I only share what I’ve found to be true from my own personal experience or what I’ve learned from others, but situations will vary and you should always listen to the advice of professionals in any given field over my advice.
I try to label my recipes with allergy information and fuel type, but I’m a human and I can make mistakes! Please double check all your ingredients and recipes to make sure that they fit your own personal dietary needs. Ingredients can vary by region and what some people generally consider acceptable to a certain allergy may not be true across the board. Always, always double check and do your own research and consult with your doctor if you have any questions!
I provide nutritional information with some of my recipes and I’ve tried my best to calculate it accurately according to the ingredients I used, but these nutrition counts should be viewed as estimates, not scientific fact. Nutrition info can vary based on many different factors, including different brands of products used, natural variation in size of ingredients (how big is a “large” apple?), etc.
